4Pillars Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: June 1, 2025

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms and conditions set forth the conditions, procedures, and rights and obligations of the service provider and users regarding the use of the AI-based Saju analysis service provided by 4Pillars (hereinafter 'the Service').

Article 2 (Service Description)

The Service provides the following features.

  • Free Manselyeok (Four Pillars chart) lookup based on birth date and time
  • AI-powered deep Saju analysis
  • Celebrity Saju analysis articles
  • Saju basics guide

Article 3 (Eligibility)

The Service is available to individuals aged 14 and above. Users under 14 require consent from a legal guardian.

Article 4 (Accounts)

Accounts are created through Google social login. Basic features (Manselyeok lookup, AI analysis) are available without login, while login enables saving and viewing analysis history. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account information.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

The Saju analysis results provided by the Service are reference information based on traditional destiny studies theory and AI, offered for entertainment and self-understanding purposes.

The analysis results do not replace professional consultation in areas such as medicine, law, finance, or psychology. The Service assumes no liability for any disadvantages arising from using the Service's results as a basis for important decisions.

Article 6 (Intellectual Property)

Copyright for the Service's design, code, and content (articles, guides, etc.) belongs to the Service operator. Users may freely use AI-generated individual Saju analysis results for personal purposes, but unauthorized reproduction and distribution for commercial purposes is prohibited.

Article 7 (Prohibited Activities)

Users must not engage in the following activities.

  • Using the Service by misappropriating another person's personal information
  • Placing excessive load on the Service using automated tools (bots, crawlers, etc.)
  • Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
  • Engaging in illegal activities through the Service

Article 8 (Service Changes and Suspension)

The Service operator may change or suspend all or part of the Service due to technical needs or operational circumstances, with prior notice provided through in-service announcements. In unavoidable circumstances, notice may be given after the fact.

Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)

In the event of disputes related to Service use, the Service operator and user shall attempt to resolve them through mutual consultation. If consultation fails, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Korea.

Article 10 (Changes to Terms)

These terms may be updated in accordance with changes in applicable laws or service modifications. Changes will be announced through in-service notifications and take effect after announcement.
